Woody Yuell Giles, III, "Bo", of 2349 Garfield Ave. Lynchburg departed this life to be our lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, December 3, 2016. He was the son of the late, Woody, II and Mable Giles.
He served his country by serving in the United States Army and United State National Guard. He was a graduate of Dunbar High School, Class of "69". He was a standing member of Crossroad Baptist Church, Evington, VA under the leadership of Rev. William J. Coleman, Pastor.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Veda Giles.
During the union of 29 years of marriage to Sentemus Reid Giles, Danely Giles and Amber Giles, with two grandchildren, whom he adored, Neveah and Zion Cunningham; he is also survived by his sister, Daisies Ferguson (Clarence) with many loving family members of nieces, nephews, in-laws and other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Crossroad Baptist Church with the pastor, Rev. William Coleman, officiating. The family may view on Saturday from 1:00 to 6:00 Pm Service of comfort rendered by Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
