William Lester Parker, Jr. passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 57, in his hometown of Lynchburg, Virginia at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was born on April 30, 1969. He graduated from E.C. Glass High School in 1987. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Lester Parker, Sr. and Caffie Ann Smalls; his sister, Annette Lamore Parker; his maternal grandparents, Catherine and Van Brown; his paternal grandparents, Rosa and Hoover Parker; three aunts, Peggy Tucker, Shirley Nyepan, and Delores Horsley; and four uncles, Hoover Parker, Jr., Leroy Parker, Jr., George Brown, and Garfield Brown.

Parker loved the Word of God; he was a preacher at heart and was there for so many people. He never met a stranger, and he was all about family.

He leaves to cherish his memories his spouse, DeAnna Parker; one brother, Billie Smalls; three step-children, Brittany and Brionna Reaves, and Dennis Lee or Calviin; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one niece, Toni Parker; three nephews, Marcus and Maurice Parker, and Traquan Smalls; one great-nephew; three uncles, Leroy, Tony (Sandra), Carl, and Calvin (Mary); four aunts, Ann Wynn, Mary Futrell, Patricia McCray, and MaryAnn Visco; and two devoted friends, Delores Dance (Netta) and Sheila; and a host of other family and friends.
