Vincent Eugene Loving (Vinny, Vince) passed away in his sleep on Friday, October 08, 2021, at his residence in Washington, DC.

Vincent was born July 29, 1965 to the late Charles Wood Loving, Sr. and Joyce Pollard Loving. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jessie Morris Loving; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Loving (Georgia) and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hawkins, Sr. (Dorothy).

Vincent was baptized at an early age at Mt. Peeler Baptist Church. He attended Campbell County Schools and Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA. Vincent was a jokester, always kept you laughing. He was a go getter not one to sit around and wait for it to come to him. He was a (Thessalonians 2:10) guy, you don't work you don't eat.

Vincent leaves behind to cherish his memories his daughter, Erica S. Cabell; his stepmother, Angela Loving; two sisters, Maria Loving and Samantha Loving; six brothers, Donnie Morgan, Wesley (Mike) Pollard, Dennis Pollard, Charles Wood Loving, Jr., Anthony Loving (SanTa) and Ravenelle Loving; one stepbrother, Brandon Bellinger; two aunts, Sarah Robenson (Vincent) and Frances Hawkins; four uncles, Rev. Allen Loving (Catherine), Robert Pollard, Melvin Pollard (Rebecca) and Franklin Hawkins, Jr.; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can not heal (Isaiah 35:10).

A celebration of life will be held 1PM Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service with Rev. Allen Loving, Eulogist. Service of comfort rendered by Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
