Victor John Henry Jones, Jr. of Lynchburg passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was born on June 18, 1939 to the late Victor John Henry Jones, Sr. and Mary Frances Younger Jones.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Jones and his sister, Lettie Pullen.

Victor retired from Lynchburg Foundry.

Those left to cherish his memories are his two sons, Gregory Jones and Jeffery Jones; two brothers, Lloyd Jones, of Lynchburg and Rev. Jack Jones, Appomattox; four grandchildren, Austin Jones, Jordan Jones, both of Richmond, Jeffery Jones, Sr. and Holland Jones, of Navarre, FL and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, 16033 Forest Road Forest VA 24551 with Dr. Mack Johnson, officiating.
