Veronica Lynn Freeman departed this life on Sunday October 23, 2022, at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born June 20, 1960, in Lynchburg, Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ezra Freeman Sr.; her parents, Peggy Graham-Powell, Ernest McDaniel, Robert Graham; and brother, Robert "Bobby" Graham Jr.

She is survived by her devoted stepmother, Katie McDaniel; her devoted sister, Esther James-Brown (Shannon); her 10 brothers, Anthony Graham (Rosemary), William Ward, Jonathan Graham, Timothy Graham, Vincent Darby (Marvette), Earl McDaniel (Leanne), Ernest McDaniel (Evonne), Golden "GT" McDaniel, Mike McDaniel, and Andre McDaniel (Ruthann). A devoted aunt, Roslyn Ward; and all of her children, Cecil Graham of Washington, DC, Makisha Steeples, Maria Graham, Cedric Graham (Jasmine), Seneca Graham, Simone Graham and bonus son, Ezra Freeman Jr.; a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held  2:00 PM Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Living Word Ministries, 825 Taylor St, Lynchburg, VA 24501.
