Vernal Loving Mills, 61, of Concord passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at the Virginia Hospital Center, Arlington, VA. Vernal was born August 31, 1945 to the late Charlie H. and Georgia Wood Loving. Vernal leaves to treasure the memories, three children, Vernon (Daaniela), Charlandus and Leetta; one sister Beunice Nowlin (Thomas); two brothers, Charles "Buddy" Loving and Rev. Allan (Catherine) Loving; 9 grandchildren; and (as Vernal would have said) "a Slew" of nieces, nephews and Cousins.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, January 27, 2007 at Mt. Peeler Baptist Church with Rev. Calvin Coles officiating. Interment will be in the Archer Creek Cemetery.
