Troy Roscoe Waugh of Monroe, VA went to be with the Lord on Dec. 17, 2010. He was born Sept. 29, 1979 in Lynchburg, VA to Clifton L. and Peggy W. Bennett of Monroe, VA. Troy was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Mary Bennett. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Nancy D. Waugh; a son Deandre Waugh; step-son, Anthony DelaRosa; step-daughter, Nancy DelaRosa; two sisters, Tawanda McDaniel, of Lynchburg and Dameka Bennett, of Monroe; grandparents, Samuel and Eunice Waugh; a devoted friend, Leon Waugh, of Madison Heights and a host of uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010 at Timothy Baptist Church, Amherst with Rev. Scottie Craft, Pastor, officiating and Rev. J. Lee, as Eulogist.
