Terry Lee Preston, Sr., 51, of Rocky Mount went to be with the Lord Thursday, March 30, 2006. Terry was born on December 18, 1954 to the late Attlean Preston. Those left to cherish his memories are his devoted wife of 30 years, Carolyn Preston; one son, Terry (Fannie) Preston, Jr.; daughters, Lynnette (Kevin) Kyles, Michelle (Michael) Tyree, Tscharna (Ben) Amparbeng and Kristina (Abdul) Estes; special grandson, Keyon Wade; two brothers, William (Cornelia) Preston and Mark Preston; one sister, Betty ( Andrew) Witcher; six more loving grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, April 3, 2006 at Morningside Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Kirby Whitfield officiating. Interment will be in the Holy Trinity Baptist Church Cemetery.
