Sharon McQueary departed this life on May 25, 2026. She was born on July 21, 1952, to the late Redmond and Thelma McQueary.

Those left to cherish Sharon’s memories are her four children: Indya Cheatham of VA, Rashid Cheatham of GA, Rawad Payne of GA, and Nicole McQueary of VA; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Edwin McQueary (Brenda) and Gregory McQueary (Patricia); 2 nephews; and 3 nieces.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service. Service of comfort is entrusted to Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
