Rosa B. Watts was born July 22, 1940 in Campbell County, VA. She was the daughter of the late Armstead Tom Watts, Sr. and Mattie Thompson Watts. Rosa accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of the Mt. Pisgah C.M.E. Church. She was a former member of the Usher Board. Rosa attended Campbell County High School, Rustburg, VA. She was a retired employee of the Archer Creek Foundry in Lynchburg, VA. Rosa was preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Arnetha Austin and sisters-in-law, Roberta Watts and Chu Watts.
She leaves to cherish her memory two devoted children, David V. Watts and Bernice Watts Jones (Ronald), of Evington; one grandson, Daniel U.T. Reeves, of Madison Heights; five devoted sisters, Brenda Watts, Detra Watts, Linda Watts, Blondell Jackson (Arnold), all of Evington and Frances Watkins (Vincent), of Lynchburg; seven brothers, Mark Watts (Deloris), Leon Watts, Sr. all of Evington, Roy Watts (Evelyn), of Madison Heights, William Watts (Barbara), Donald Watts, of Lynchburg, Tom Watts, Jr. (Georgiann), of Bedford and Daniel Watts, of Albuquerque, NM; brother-in-law, Charles Austin, of Lynchburg along with a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
