Robert (Bob) Spencer, Sr., born February 2, 1946, closed his eyes and said goodbye on September 22, 2024.

Bob was preceded in death by his father and mother, Louis and Mozelle Spencer; 2 brothers, Larry and Bernard Spencer; and 1 sister, Loretta Lewis.

Bob is survived by 2 brothers, Louis and Johnny (JoAnn) Spencer; his sister, Vonnie Jones; 3 sons, Robert, Bernard, and Curtis; 1 daughter, Cleo; 1 aunt, Donna Carter of Lynchburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
