Obituary
Robert Lee Lamberth, 66, of Lynchburg, VA entered into eternal rest on September 12, 2009 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born January 1, 1943 in Appomattox County he was the son of the late James Albert and Carsie Turner Lamberth, Sr. Robert was preceded in death by three sisters, Elizabeth, Molly, and Caroline Lamberth.
He was a member of Mt. Obed Baptist Church, Concord and employed with Interment Foundry Inc.
Robert leaves to cherish three daughters, Felicia Lamberth, Alfreda Lamberth both of Madison Heights, and their mother, Barbara Donigan and Teresa Culpeper Austin (Richard), Concord, VA; one son Ronnie Austin of Concord, VA; three stepchildren, Donald Lee, Sheila Cabell of Amherst and Velma Miller of Rustburg; two brothers, William Lamberth (Dorothy) of Lynchburg and James Lamberth of Amherst; 7 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; a devoted friend Ramona Franklin and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 Pm Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at Davis-Turner Funeral Service with Rev. Edward D. Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Mount Obed Baptist Church in Appomattox, VA. The family will receive friends from 7-8 Tuesday at Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
