N. Sylvester Douglas departed this life on February 24, 2025. Born in Amherst, Virginia on October 21, 1961. He was the son of the late Annie S. Morris. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Rosetta Y. Douglas. His siblings, Paul Douglas, Sr. (Tracy), Sarah Owen, Ronnie Morris, Jr., Jeremiah Morris (Demetria), and O. Marie Hilliard.

To continue on his legacy are his children, Donald Brown (Whitney Nicole-Brown), Ronald Brown, Whitney Wesley (Brandon), Erwin Wesley, and Christina Wesley; his 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and his "Pops", Ronnie Morris, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeff Owen, and grandson, Omarion Rose.

He was known for his love of the Washington Redskins, a good spades game or bid whist game, playing corn hole with his partner, Quentryl, his infectious laugh, and "throwing down" in the kitchen.

He was also loved by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
