Mary Ann Spencer Megginson Mary Ann Spencer Megginson was born on January 29, 1948, in Lynchburg, to the late Kinckle and Mary H. Spencer. She entered peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, June 14, 2013, at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Robert and Clarence Spencer. She received her education at Campbell County Public Schools and was a member of New Vine Baptist Church in Lynchburg. Leaving to cherish her precious memories are her loving and devoted son, Jerome K. (Nicole) Megginson of Baltimore, MD; son, Antionne Megginson; one loving and devoted sister, Ruth (Wayne) Sandidge of Concord; two grandchildren, Donte and Morgan Megginson; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at New Vine Baptist Church, with the Rev. Daryl L. Drew officiating and the Rev. Toise Davis of Gretna, as Eulogist. The interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service and other times at Wayne and Ruth Sandidge residence, 8379 Village Hwy, Concord, VA 24538.
