Lydia Cunningham Farmer, 51, of Lynchburg passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born to Dora C. Cunningham and the late Deacon Ernest Cunningham on September 25, 1961. She was also preceded in death by the father of her children, Calvin Farmer.
Those left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Karra Farmer and Jacquelyn Gordon, both of Lynchburg; one sister, Linda (Deacon David) Spinner, of Altavista; two brothers, Glenn (Debbie) Cunningham, of Roanoke and Rev. Alex (Wanda) Cunningham, of Lynchburg; two nieces, Patrice (Deacon Lee) Gilbert, of Altavista and Melletta Spinner; one nephew, Jarrett Cunningham, of Greenville, SC and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, September 21, 2013 at The Ramp Church 2220 Memorial Ave. Lynchburg, with Bishop Younger officiating. The interment will be in the Mt.
