Lieutenant Colonel Horace Alton Reed, Jr., 75, of Concord passed away Thursday, September 15, 2016 at his residence. He was born on July 21, 1941 to the late Horace Alton and Mittie Preston Reed, Sr.
He is survived by his devoted wife Joyce H. Reed, of Concord; one sister, Barbara Jean Haskins (Thomas), of TX; one brother-in-law, Ronald Haskins, Sr. (Laverne), of Tuscaloosa, AL; one sister-in-law, Claudette Haskins, of Lynchburg and a host of nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
