Lewis Glover Sr. 92, of Gladstone, VA departed his life on June 16, 2019. Born September 21, 1926 to the late Orelia Lillie Glover. He was proceeded in death by his late wife, Minnie Revely Glover and his daughters Elaine Glover Mosley and Yvonne Glover Franklin. Lewis was a member of Second Mineral Springs Baptist Church in Gladstone, VA.

Lewis Joined the US army at an early age and was a WWII veteran. He was employed at CSX railroad for over 46 years until he retired.

Lewis leaves to cherish his memory nine children, Tracy (Robert) Bell, Gladstone, VA, Allison Glover, Charlotte NC, Mary Humbles, Gladstone, VA and Patricia (Rob) Cooper, Hampton, VA, Milton (Karen) Glover, Gladstone VA, Johnny ( Demetrius) Glover, Amherst , VA; Stanley (Mary) Glover, Appomattox, VA, Steve Glover, Appomattox, VA, and Lewis Jr (Marianna) Glover, Gladstone VA; One brother George Glover Sr, Amherst VA, One brother in law Warren Revely, Gladstone, VA; 27 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
