Kimberly R. Lewis, 53, received her wings on January 6, 2021. Kim was born on May 28,1967 in Fluvanna County, Va. She is preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Tanner; father, Howard Tanner; and stepson, Ruben B.A. Buskey.

A graduate of Fluvanna High school, Kim would later receive her associate degree in Applied Science for Medical Reimbursement & Coding from Bryant & Stratton College. She enjoyed thrift store shopping, crafting, modeling for her friend Crystal Nappier at Renee's Boutique, and was known for her bubbly and sassy personality with a smile that would light up the room. She joined Bolling Hill Baptist Church (Madison Heights, VA) and later became a devoted member of White Rock Baptist Church (Arrington, VA) where she served as a dedicated usher & was a member of the Women's Ministry and choir. She not only cared for her family, but also her friends and never met a stranger.

Kim is survived by her Husband, Emmitt L. Lewis III ; her five children, Kristin Tanner, Brandon "Trice" Trice, Cory Trice (Julia), Destiny Tanner and Jayceyon Tanner; her two stepchildren, Korey and Je'Ana Lewis; her grandchildren, Kay'ianna Randolph, Carsyn Trice, Legend Tanner and 1 bundle of joy on the way; her sister Stephanie "Step" Whindelton (Anthony); brother Troy Tanner; Mother and Father- in -law, Emmitt and Jean Lewis; 4 sisters- in- laws; 2 brothers- in- laws and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends
