Mr.  Jonathan Marquez Irvine entered into eternal rest on April 8, 2018. He was born October 20, 1980 in Lynchburg, Virginia in Lynchburg, Va. to Barbara J. Carter and John S. Irvine Jr.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Leroy and Dorothy Andrews and John Irvine Sr and Janice Wynn, one Aunt Michelle Campbell and two uncles, Anthony Carter and Kevin Irvine.

Jonathan was a devoted Salesman at Steven Toyota in Harrisonburg, Va. for many years.  Jonathan had a passion for cars and a smile that won so many hearts, and a personality that could light up a room.

He leaves to cherish precious memories his loving daughter, Jona'e Alyssa Irvine, his sister Natasha Carter and one brother, Ve'lle Parks of Lynchburg, Va., two other children Alexus and Sayvion, his lifelong devoted friend, Kayren Morton, stepfather Thomas Parks, nephew Ashton Hogue and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

We cannot say and will not say that he is dead.

He is just away with a cheery smile, and a wave of the hand
