On July 23, 2020 God sent His angels to escort Bro. Jessie D. Cousins to his heavenly home.  Jessie was born on October 13, 1932 to Josh and Cora Cousins.  He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Edna Cousins, daughter, Thelma Johnson; grandson, Pastor Anthony Johnson (India); two great-grandchildren, Anthony, Jr. and Paisley; one sister; one brother, two brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 1 :00 PM at Galilee Baptist Church, with his grandson Pastor Anthony Johnson officiating.  Please adhere to the rules of covid 19 distancing.
