Jermaine Hawkins, 34, of Lynchburg passed away Monday, October 9, 2017 at UVA Medical Center. He was born April 2, 1983 Charles Turner and the late Valerie Hawkins.

Those left to cherish his memories are his loving grandmother, Evelyn Jean Hawkins; father, Charles Turner; fiancée', Patrice Smith; daughter, Shaniya Brown; two sons, Jermaine Hawkins, Jr. and Shykeim Braxton; step-daughter, Dy-Zha Smith; one aunt, Raye Hawkins Smith (Stefan), of Bedford; two uncles, Brack Hawkins (Claudette) and Lorenzo Hawkins (Reva), both of Lynchburg; half-sister, Tyra Reid and a host of other relatives and friends.
