James "Jimmy" Lester Miles, of Faber passed away, Friday December 11, 2009 at UVA Medical Center. Jimmy as he was affectionately known as, was born March 8, 1952 to the late Goffrey Miles and Louisa M. Carrington Miles. Those left to cherish his memory are daughter, Talecia Morton, of Woodbridge, VA; son, James Miles, of Faber, VA; brother, Goffrey Miles (Helen) four sisters, Helen Lee, of Richmond, VA, Pauline Page (Herbert), Faber, VA, Eula Johnson (Curtis), of Trenton, N.J and Elizabeth Mickens (Calvin) Petersburg, VA; brother-in-law, George White, of Camden, NJ; a special niece, Angela Jones, Faber, VA; special nurse, Monique Rogers, of Charlottesville Rehab and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Locust Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Ernie Morse officiating. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
