James Edward Goode, 50, of Lynchburg passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, John Edward Jones and is survived by his mother, Margie Rucker.

Those left to cherish his memories are his two children, Stacey Long and Tanisha Tuning, both of Lynchburg; five brothers, Melvin Goode, Raymond Goode (Mary Anne), Ronald Goode, Michael Goode (Anslena) and Timothy Goode, all of Lynchburg; two sisters, Donna Roberson (Corey) and Denise Perry (Leonard), both of Lynchburg; a significant other, Sharon Morgan and a host of other family and friends.
