Mrs. Jacqueline Laverne Miller Freeman departed this life on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born on July 27, 1968, in Lynchburg, VA. She was the daughter of the late Ora Jones Trent Miller and Lloyd Miller.

She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Joyce Trent, Gloria Trent, and Lorene Miller all of Lynchburg, VA, and three brothers, Alfred Miller, Lorenza Miller of Concord, VA, and Thomas Trent of Lynchburg, VA.

She leaves behind a devoted husband, Russell Freeman; one daughter, Lakita Miller; and three grandchildren, Calyce Morgan, Camden Morgan, and Caleb Miller. She also leaves behind to cherish her memories two sisters, Margie Trent and Louise Trent of Lynchburg, VA; four brothers, Lloyd Trent of Fayetteville, NC, Roger Trent (Esther) of Richmond, VA, Jessie Miller (Margie) of Lynchburg, VA, and James Trent of Lynchburg, VA; five step-children, Latoya Reynolds (Jack Reynolds), Ashley Stump (Eric Stump), J.R. Freeman, Latrice Hancock (John Hancock, and Damien Freeman; a devoted aunt, Christine Jones; and two devoted nephews, Brad Miller and Kevin Trent. A host of sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Archie, Wasley, Patricia, Lena May, James, Cynthia, Robert, Vansena, Earl, Cherena Freeman, Ella Carr Payne, Katie Ward (Lawrence); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, September 09, 2022, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service. Interment will be in the Pilot Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery. Service of comfort rendered by Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
