Howard A. Donigan departed this life on October 20, 2024. He was born on July 5, 1968, to William and Deloris Donigan. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Earl and Lucille Carter; paternal grandparents, David and Maggie Donigan; and 1 brother, Russell Donigan.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Lisa Donigan; 2 sisters, Denise Donigan and Patrice Baker (Edward C. Baker); children, Quinton Donigan, Cortez McIvor, and Anna Donigan and Zeus (Scooby Doo); grandchildren, Brittin, Shiloh, and Raeghan; nieces, Kertrina Donigan and Jessica Donigan (Anthony Poe); great nephews and nieces, Devon, Kierra, Sania', Milane', Ezra, Kha'Lia Skye (Ms. K); and a host of other loved ones.
