Helen Adair "Dee Dee" Martin departed this life on February 19, 2026. She was born on March 26, 1963, to the late Russell and Mildred Martin. Helen is preceded in death by her sister, LaVonia Martin Saunders, and sons, Diago Martin, Sr., and Levon Martin, Sr.

She is survived by her husband, Antonio Boone; sisters, Marvene Martin and Deborah Martin; stepdaughter, Antonique; daughters-in-law, Angela and Cassie; grandchildren, Imez, Tania, Inea, Levon, Jr., Oriana, Maleeya, Diago, Jr., and Jameek; one great-grandchild, Javoni, whom she was SO PROUD OF; devoted nephews, Keith, H’Tiek, Cassius, Kelvin, Stacey, Chris, Eirious, Chayse, Andre, and Brian; 3 devoted nieces, Tracy, Pam, and LuCiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Helen joined Oakhill Baptist Church at a young age. She would later join Victory Gospel Church, where she was a deaconess.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service. Service of comfort entrusted to Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
