Obituary

Gladys Mae Glover (Ann) of Gladstone, passed away on Monday, September 06, 2021 at her residence. She was born to the late Sally C. Harris on October 27, 1943. She was preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Johnson (Otis) and her brother, Allen Wright Revely, Sr.

At an early age she joined Second Mineral Springs Baptist Church and then later joined St. John Baptist Church, where she was a devoted and faithful member until she departed.

Gladys leaves behind to cherish in her memory her devoted husband of 54 years, Paul W. Glover, Sr.; five children and an additional daughter whom she adopted, Joseph Glover, Sr. (Veronica) of Madison Heights, Paul Glover, Jr. (Pamela) of Amherst, Pauline Victoria Glover-Henley, of Amherst, April Green (Richard), of Gladstone and Felicia Glover, of Madison Heights, Virginia Sipes (Jennie) of Madison Heights; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a devoted friend, Theresa Glover; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held 3PM Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service with Rev. Rodney Sandidge, officiating. Visitation will be held 6-7PM Friday, September 10, 2021, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service. The interment will be in the Second Mineral Springs Baptist Church.
