Gail Davis Thompson, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, January 03, 2023.

Mrs. Gail Davis Thompson of Amherst, VA was born November 13, 1928, to the late Walter Raleigh and Viola H. Davis. She was preceded in death by her husband, George B. Thompson; six (6) sisters and three (3) brothers.

Gail accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of the Mount Olive Baptist Church of Amherst, VA.

Gail is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, January 06, 2023, at the Christian Aid Cemetery in Amherst, VA. Service of comfort rendered by Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
