Eula "Sissy" Spencer was born November 25, 1958, to the late Eunice and Harry Miller. Eula was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Spencer; daughter, Lavanya Miller; brothers, Alphonsa Miller and Robert Miller; and nephew, Alphonsa Miller, Jr.

She is survived by four children, Charon Miller and Laron Miller (Jackie), Larry Spencer and Gabrielle Spencer; seven grandchildren, Jaquan Pinn, Larcelia Pinn, Que'La Pinn, Larry Spencer, Reginald Pinn, Errika Spencer, and Jaquari Spencer; one sister, Joyce Elliott; one brother, Warnell Miller; a host of nieces and nephews; and special friends, Pearl Jones and Dorothy Pennix.

A homegoing celebration will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Mrs. Spencer will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
