Elnora I. Horsley, 74, of Lynchburg, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025, at Tate Springs Health and Rehabilitation.

Elnora was born June 2, 1951, to the late Edward S. Horsley and Henrietta I. Horsley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, James E. Horsley; two sisters, Ruby M. Russell and Elvalena Horsley; and one son-in-law, Edward Troy Frazier.

Those left to cherish her memories are two brothers, Larry J. Horsley of Gladstone and Darnell D. (Barbara) Horsley, Sr. of Madison Heights; daughter, Carol S. Frazier; son, Ronald W. Horsley; two grandsons, Michael Frazier and Matthew (Karen) Frazier, all of Gladstone; and a host of relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank the medical staff of Centra Lynchburg General Hospital, Tate Springs Health and Rehabilitation, and Centra Hospice for the care and support during her illness.
