On Tuesday, November 3, 2015, Edward Randolph, Sr., Lynchburg, VA., went home to be with the Lord. Edward was born March 20, 1937 to the late Archie Randolph, Sr., and the late Mary Maggielean Brown Randolph. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and Joseph Randolph.
He is survived by his loving family, wife Georgia; four children, Vincent (Vanessa), of Raleigh, NC., Cynthia , of Lynchburg, VA., Edward, Jr., (Paula) of Madison Heights, VA, and Kenneth, Forest, VA. Nine grandchildren, Jermaine Carter (Renee), Lynchburg, VA., Andrew Mays, of London, England, Chasity, Christopher and Chad Randolph and Maria Martin, all of Raleigh, NC., Devon Rosenblatt , of KY, Brittany and Kendall Randolph, Forest, VA., and one great grandchild, Javion Carter, of Lynchburg, VA. Four brothers, Archie (Dawn) Randolph, Lynchburg, VA., Frank (Pam) Randolph, of Lynchburg, VA., Perry Randolph, Lynchburg, VA., Garrison Randolph, Tacoma, WA; four sisters, Rosetta (Edward) Steeples, Florence Shepherd, Maggielean Williams, all of Lynchburg, VA., and Dorene (Afred) Kee of Lake Charles, LA, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11: 00 AM Saturday, November 7, 2015 Bethany Baptist Church, 93 Steeple Run, Lynchburg, VA., with Pastor, Rev. Greg Dowell, officiating and Rev.
