Della Boone, 62, from McBrandon Dr. Madison Heights, VA 24572 entered into eternal rest at her home on Friday, March 11, 2022.

Della was born on May 9, 1959, to the late Lucy and Linwood Evans of Madison Heights, VA. She was a member of the Lovingston Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband, Donald D. Boone of the residence; three sisters, Shirley M. Ward, Loretta Mills (Kenny), Henrietta Jordan all of Lynchburg, VA; one brother, Walter Evans (Sheila) of Lynchburg, VA; mother in law, Mary Boone; three sister in laws, Frances Slayton, Hurt VA, Elnora Lipford (Greg) Long Island, VA, Carla Farmer (Larry), Winston-Salem, NC; one brother-in-law, Norman Boone (Machiko) Long Island, VA; a godson, Raymond Carter; a goddaughter, Kanisha Woodson; two special cousins, Vanessa Anderson, Ruby Wayne; a special friend, Barbara Woodson; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends

Della was preceded in death by her siblings, Carolyn Evans, Martha Ann Douglas, Billy Evans, Linwood Evans, Jr., Arlene P. Smith and one brother-in-law, Gary Slayton.

A celebration of life will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2022, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service with Reverend Edward Austin as Eulogist. Mrs. Boone will be on view from 12-6 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2022. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Lovingston Baptist Church, King's Road, Madison Heights, VA.
