Debra Ann Carter born August 10 ^th , 1956 passed away peacefully Saturday, June 29 ^th , 2019 at her residence.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Hughes Carter and two brothers.

She leaves to cherish her memory three sisters Mary, Shelia and Barbara Carter, all of Lynchburg and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Peaceful Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Everhardt, officiating.  Service of comfort rendered by Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
