Deborah Davis Brown passed away on May 1, 2023, after a brief illness.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kinston W. Davis and her mother, Nannie Davis Toms, and her brother, Wayne Lee Davis.

She leaves to mourn her death a devoted son, James Keith Brown; two grandchildren, Larissa Brown and Amir Mosby; and a host of cousins and friends.

Debbie took care of her mother before she passed. She enjoyed crafting, gardening, art, and studying the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses. She found comfort in the Bible promise of a resurrection, Revelation 21:3-4. We knew Debbie as a loving person with qualities of meekness and humility. The more she learned about Jehovah, the more she pursued peace.

The family will host a memorial repast at 136 Spinoza Circle, Lynchburg, VA 24504, at 3:00 PM Sunday, May 7, 2023.
