Obituary
Darell John Sparrow, 19, of Amherst passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was born to Tosey "Roy" Sparrow and Stella M. Sparrow June 16, 1994.
Darell was a graduate of Amherst High School 2013 where he played basketball and was involved in many activities at the school but most of all Darell loved God and his church New Life Church, in Monroe, Virginia.
Those left to cherish his memories including his parents are his twin brother, Katrell Sparrow, of Amherst; two sisters, Katicia Mosley and Carlenna Mosley, both of Amherst and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will held 2:00 Pm Saturday, December 21, 2013 at New Life Church, Monroe with Pastor Marvin Busie, officiating. The interment will be in Briarwood Memorial Park, Amherst.
