Charlie Henry Horsley was the second oldest son of the late Richard Horsley, Sr. and Delores T. Horsley. He passed away peacefully at UVA hospital in Charlottesville at 11:00 p.m. on February 09, 2025.

Preceding him also in death were his two brothers, Tyrone Horsley (Squirrel) and Clarence Horsley (C.C.); and brother-in-law, Silas Alexander. Charlie leaves to mourn his loss, his oldest brother, Richard Horsley, Jr. and wife Carol, and a devoted sister, Theresa Alexander. Supporting him during his illness was his devoted sister-in-law, Carol Horsley, who was there from the beginning of his sickness. Toward the end of his journey he had a caregiver named Darlene Calloway, as well as his sister Theresa assisting him with his medical needs. Also we would like to mention his lifelong friend, Chris Saunders.
