Charles Snead, Jr., 63, of Lynchburg, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023, at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was born in Bedford, VA on July 13, 1959, the son of the late Charlie Snead and Mrs. Annie Irene Snead-Hobson and the stepson of the late Clyde O. Hobson.

In addition to his mother, he leaves to mourn his significant other of over 17 years, Angela Poindexter of Lynchburg, VA; his daughter, Chaun Harris of Lynchburg, VA; his sons, Corderro Snead, Terrell Snead, Brandon Snead all of Amherst, VA, and Jeffrey Doubt of Lynchburg, VA. Three sisters, Anna Coleman, Charlotte Snead, and Elizabeth Snead all of Lynchburg, VA; two brothers, John Snead and the late Kenneth Snead, both of Lynchburg, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
