On Thursday, April 3, 2008, God called Celestine T. "Ittee" Reynolds home to rest. She was born March 22, 1928 to the late French and Gladys Tinsley, making her stay on earth 80 years. She married George Daniels to this union a daughter Amy Marie was born. Both preceded her in death. Celestine later married Homer Reynolds who also preceded her in death. Celestine was the only girl of six children. She was preceded in death by three brothers, John E. Tinsley, William Tinsley, and Robert Tinsley.
In later years Celestine became a member of New Design Holiness Church. But she loved the home church of her parents Rocky Hill Primitive Baptist Church.
She leaves to cherish her memory a brother Dallas C. Tinsley of the home and a host of family members and special friends whose lives were blessed by her life.
Celestine believed God blessed her to live a healthy life because she committed herself to helping others. She extended her heart and home to many people. Her independent spirit and unwavering principals allowed her to be free to express her love on her own terms.
We would like to thank all of our Family and friends for the love and support you have expressed through your kind deeds, expressions of love, prayers, and attendance at this service. We hope Celestine "Ittee" Reynolds' love and spirit encourages your lives.
Special Thanks to Davis & Turner Funeral Home, Franklin Memorial Hospital Staff (Carilion) of Rocky Mount, Virginia, And Furrow & Dudley. P. C.
