Catherine Delores Rucker Rosser "Dollie" departed her life on October 19, 2012, at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born on April 14, 1940 in Lynchburg, VA to late Cleveland and Isabelle Rucker.
She is survived by her loyal and faithful husband, Larking D. Rosser of 53 Years; three children to cherish her memory, Margaret Lynn Lacks (Zachary, Sr.) of Halifax, Lerisa Dove Rosser of the home and Kevin Lee Rosser, of Lynchburg; four grandchildren, Zachary Lacks, Jr., of Halifax, Victoria Monique Gomez (Francisco) of Cancun, MX, Sanchez Rosser, of Monroe, VA and Malik King, of Lynchburg; also her uncle, William Henry, of Lynchburg; cousin, Mrs. Katherine White and a host of family and friends.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at Forest Level Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Echols officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
