Early Friday morning, Carroll Junior Noel, "Bigboy", 41, entered into eternal rest at Vibra Hospital of Richmond. He was born on March 4, 1976 to Carroll L. Noell and Mabelean Noel.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Garrett D. Noell, Sr. and Lucy A. Noell; grandfather, Luther Jones; father-in-law, Lloyd F. Andrews.

Carroll grew up in Bedford County. He was nicknamed "Bigboy" at an early age because of his size as a baby and that is the name most people knew him by.

He worked for Ulliman Schutte Construction. Bigboy was a very hard worker.  He was always working to get ahead and going after what he wanted in life; never asking anyone to help him, always striving to better himself so he could reach the next level in accomplishments.

Most that knew "Bigboy", knew that he worked hard and loved harder and there was no in between for him. He was very straightforward.  He was very family oriented, kind spirit and very caring.  He loved and adored his son Caleb, he was his mother's heart and she was his.

Carroll leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Tina N. Andrews-Noel; son, Caleb L. Noel; father, Carroll L. Noell; his devoted mother, Mabelean Noel, both of Richmond; grandmother, Josephine Jones, of Lynchburg; two brothers, Joshua Noel and Kevin Strange, of Richmond, VA; mother-in-law, Patricia T. Andrews, of Madison Heights; two sisters-in-law, Tara A. Otero, of Madison Heights, VA and Linda Andrews, of Concord, NC; brother-in-law, Loyd Johnson, of Augusta, GA; aunts, Ester N. Haynes, of Forest, VA, Rosa N. Arrington (Ray), of Roanoke, VA, Barbara N. Spencer, of Dumfries, Patty Bonds (Levi), Of Roanoke, VA, Peggy Harris (Charles) and Dolphins Jones, of Lynchburg, VA, Lynchburg, VA, Gladys Bryant (Greg) of Goode, VA; uncles, Garrett D. Noell, Jr. (Susan), of Alexandria, VA, Tyrone Noell (Mary), of Bedford, VA; two special nephews, Claudio Otero,IIII and Christian L. Otero, of Madison Heights, VA; niece, Cadasa Strange, of Richmond, VA; bigboy had cousins that were like brothers and sisters to him, Tyrone Noell, Jr., Mark Strange, Albert Strange, Greg Bryant, Jr., Jermaine Harris, Marvin Harris, Levi Bonds, Jr., Gregory Bonds, Shanta Spencer, Sonya Arrington, Nicole Jackson, Valerie Arrington, Stephanie Harris, Jennifer Bonds and Wanda Bonds; Special friend, Wendell Forrest, of Forest  and host of other relatives and friends.
