On June 24, 2017, God's silent angel sealed the lips of our beloved Carrol Jeffrey Austin. Carrol was born May 12, 1967 in Lynchburg to Carrol Austin and the late Jurniece A. Bond.  He attended Heritage High School.  Carrol joined Saint Paul Baptist Church of Forest, VA at an early age and sung on the choir.  Carrol also sung with many different groups in South Boston, VA as well as groups in Lynchburg, VA and his father's group Carrol Austin and the Sons of Faith before his health failed.

Carrol "aka Jeff & Dino" those left to cherish his memories including his father, Carrol Austin (Ernestine), his daughter, Takendra Scott; granddaughter, Ry`Niya Scott; a devoted sister, LaJwanda Austin, of Lynchburg and two more sisters, Kim Jenkins, of Gloucester and Debbie (WM) Stratton, KY; two brothers, Calvin Austin (Benita), of Hampton and Mark Wells (Jasmine), of Arrington; a devoted cousin, Brenda Jackson, of Lynchburg; a devoted fiancé Joncy Walton, of South Boston; four uncles with two devoted uncles, Rev. Edward Austin (Frances), of Madison Heights, Maurice Burrell, of GA, John Austin and Albert Austin (Dorothy); aunt, Elsie (Rev. Russell) Lee and three nephews Da'Juan Austin of Lynchburg, Calvin Austin, II. of Hampton, Melique Bond of Gloucester, three nieces Ami'ya Austin, Hampton, Ltara Brown and Patience Bond of Gloucester, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
