Calvin Eugene Sandidge, 45, of Madison Heights passed away Friday, January 4, 2013 at his residence. He was born July 8, 1967 to Rev. J.L. Sandidge and Mary Sandidge. Calvin was preceded in death his grandmother, Alice Taylor and his sister Lucinda Taylor.
Those left to cherish his memory including his parents are his wife, Cynthia L. Sandidge; sons, Deondre and P.J. all of Madison Heights; two sisters, Mona Lisa Sandidge, of Amherst and Brenda Sandidge, of Lynchburg; mother-in-law and father-in-law Edith Chambers and Thomas Chambers, of Glad Stone; two brothers-in-law, Jeff Chambers, of Gladstone and Thomas Chambers, of Madison Heights; nieces and nephews, Eddie Sandidge, Ashley Sandidge, Keith Sandidge, Laura Sandidge and Chelsey Scott and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at New Jerusalem with Rev. Rodney Harris, Pastor, officiating and Rev. Dr. M.D. Mays officiating.
