Obituary
Bernard L. Davis Jr. "Bernie," of Manassas, formerly of Lynchburg, passed away Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at Prince William Hospital in Manassas. Bernie, as he was affectionately known, was born Dec. 7, 1956, to Annie M. Davis and the late Rev. Bernard L. Davis Sr.
Those left to cherish his memories, including his loving mother, are two sons, Zachary Andrew Davis and Bernard L. Davis III, both of Fairfax; one sister, Glenda D. Campbell, of Woodbridge; one brother, the Rev. Bertram L. Davis Sr., of Lynchburg; two nieces, Talecia Morton, of Woodbridge, and Adrienne Davis, of Lynchburg; two nephews, Travis Morton, of Woodbridge, and Bertram L. Davis Jr., of Lynchburg; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2 Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service. The family will receive friends at the home of his mother.
