Tavion Jace Perkins took flight to his heavenly home at Virginia Baptist Hospital on September 13, 2022. He was born on the same date as his death to Katelynn Carr and XaVondre Perkins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lorraine M. Thomas, Irene Cabell, and Bobbie Jenkins.

Tavion is survived by his paternal grandparents, Ernest and Ann Perkins and Margaret Whitlock, maternal grandparents, Michelle Clayton and Rachel Jenkins, one uncle, DeVanti Perkins, two aunts, Erica Perkins and Megan Carr, siblings, Zayden and Jackson Kelso, Enslie Perkins, Aria Perkins, and XaVondre Perkins, Jr. and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, September 16, 2022, from 6 - 8 P.M. at Davis Turner Funeral Home 1016 Rivermont Avenue Lynchburg, VA 24504.
