Annie B. Swan, 81, of Lynchburg, VA peacefully departed this life on Thursday May 05, 2022. She was born March 13, 1941, to the late John H. and Roena F. Brown.

She attended Campbell County School before working for Campbell County Public School System in Environmental Services.

Anne was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Raymond (Janie) Brown, John (Ollie) Brown, James (May) Brown, Clarence Brown, Herman Brown, Thomas (Evelyn) Evans, Richard Brown and sister, Adell Jett.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her brother, Albert (deceased Inez) Brown of Bedford, VA. Four children, David Brown of California, Alma Creammer of Lynchburg, Donald Brown of Lynchburg, and Maxline (Carleton) Coles, Jr. of Maryland.

Four grandchildren, Carleton (Alaina) Coles, III, Kristen Coles, Taylor Coles of Maryland, Alexis Brown and four great-grandchildren of Lynchburg. A host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Immanuel Christian Church with Reverend Mack Johnson, Eulogist. Interment will be in the Forest Level Baptist Church Cemetery. Service of comfort rendered by Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
