Annette Lamore Parker passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 54, in her hometown of Lynchburg, Virginia at Lynchburg General Hospital. She graduated from Heritage High School in 1986. Preceded in death by her parents, William Lester Parker, Sr. and Caffie Ann Smalls; her maternal grandparents, Catherine and Van Brown, Sr.; and paternal grandparents, Hoover, Sr. and Rosa Parker; two aunts, Peggy Tuck and Shirley Nyepan; four uncles, Hoover, Jr., Leroy Parker, and Van, Jr., and George Brown; and a best friend, Martha Telleria.
Annette's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which she lived, she was a woman of few words and all about family.
Annette leaves to cherish her memories a devoted lifetime partner, Anthony "Tony" Keeling; three children, one daughter, Toni, two sons, Marcus and Maurice Parker; her fur baby, Spike Parker; one goddaughter, Nykia Braxton; two brothers, William Parker, Jr. (DeAnna) and Billie Smalls; three grandchildren, Kalani Richard, Jeremiah, and Malachi Braxton; two nieces, Brittany and Brionna Reaves and two nephews, Traquan Smalls and Dennis Lee; seven uncles, Leroy, Tony (Sandra), Carl, Calvin (Mary), Garfield Brown, Ann Wynn, Mary Futrell, Pat McCray, MaryAnn Visco, Delores Horsley; and a host of other family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, June 27, 2022, at Davis-Turner Funeral Service. Service of comfort rendered by Davis-Turner Funeral Service.
