Alice M. Pannell, of Lynchburg, passed away Friday, January 31, 2014 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born on July 2, 1944 to the late George H. and Annie Bell Smith.
Those left to cherish her memories are her devoted husband, Acie Pannel, Jr. of Lynchburg; five daughters, Alicia Dillard, Ramona Jane Dillard, Jacqueline Dillard, all of Washington, DC, Melissa Beverly (Ken) and Carmin Dillard, both of Lynchburg; one son, Acie Pannell, III, of Charles Maryland; three sisters, Jacqueline Richardson, of Madison Heights, Annie Marie Smith, of Washington, DC and Margaret Horsley (Melvin), of Lynchburg; one sister-in-law, Dionne Green, of WV; two brothers-in-law, Tyrone Pannell, of Columbus, OH and Michael Pannell, Bedford and a host of other relatives and friends.
